Please note that all sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of the henna cones, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted once an order has been placed.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If essential delivery information is missing and there is no response to email or message attempts within 7 days, the order will be cancelled.
